Slow-Cooker Tex-Mex Chicken

So easy, so flavorful.
Put in in a tortilla or over rice.
Clean up?? No problem!

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch wide strips
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
2 tbsp. flour
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 c. frozen corn
1 1/2 c. salsa
1 c. shredded cheese


- Toss chicken with taco seasoning and flour in the slow cooker.
- Stir in vegetables and salsa.
- Cover with lid
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving and top with shredded cheese.
