Peach Cream Tart

Another one from Paula Deen. I love this dessert and you know if it is from Paula Deen, it is G.O.O.D.Ingredients:

Crust:
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 (1 stick) butter, softened
2 tbls. sour cream

Filling:
About 6 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
3 large egg yolks
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour

Glaze:
Peach preserves or jam

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- To make the crust: Place flour, butter and sour cream in a electric mixer with the dough hook and mix until dough has formed a ball.
- Press dough into the bottom of a 10 inch tart pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool while preparing the filling.
- Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees.
- T make the filling: peel and slice your peaches and layer on top of the crust (pack as many as you can in there because they shrink when cooked).
- In a medium bowl beat egg yolks, sour cream, sugar and flour until smooth.
- Pour mixture over peaches.
- Place tart pan on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove tart from oven and while it is still hot brush peach preserve over top and serve.
