I am so glad I stumbled across this recipe on the back of a pasta box. It is UH-MAZING! It is currently my husbands favorite meal I make. I don't think we will ever have regular spaghetti again!
Ingredients:
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1 lb. ground turkey
1 (16oz.) jar salsa of your choice
1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
Directions:
- In a large skillet cook meat until brown all the way through.
- Stir in hot sauce, tomato sauce and taco seasoning.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and add cooked spaghetti.
- Mix well.
- Serve on individual plates and top with cheese and sour cream.

Hi! I found your recipe as a link from Pearls, Handcuffs, and Happy Hour and I had a question: by "hot sauce" do you mean Tabasco (or other hot pepper sauce), or do you mean salsa? 8 oz of Tabasco seems like a LOT but I wasn't sure! Thanks!
emk,
I mean salsa! Sorry for the confusion! I hope you like it! Let me know what you think!
It was soooooooo good!!!! I seriously got seconds and after several months on Weight Watchers (successfully, thank goodness! :-), I think it was the first recipe I just couldn't stop eating!! Thanks!
