Ingredients:
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. Flour
1/3 c. Plain bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tbp. Sugar
Dash of each: Tony Chachere's, Paprika and Lemon pepper
6 tblsp. Butter
1 lb. Chicken tenders
1 lb. Chicken tenders
Directions:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a pie pan.
- In a separate pie pan, melt butter.
- Dip each chicken tender in the butter, coat completely.
- Then dip in dry mixture and coat completely.
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes, turning chicken tenders half way through cooking time.

ok had this with cheesy biscuits tonight and it was a hit. Trying the dorito thing on my family and grandparents this weekend...can't wait. Thanks for all these great ideas!
