Ritz Cracker Chicken

This is another recipe I received at my "Kitchen Shower" from my cousin Kim. It is a huge family favorite and we have this dish often. This is also my go-to dish when I take dinner to my friends who have just had babies.


1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Stick of butter, melted
1 Roll of Ritz Crackers, crushed


- Mix cooked chicken, soup and sour cream together and spoon into an 8x8 baking dish.
- Cover evenly with crushed crackers.
- Drizzle butter over crackers evenly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Can be served alone or over rice.
