Pops' Cake

This was my late grandfather Pops' FAVORITE cake! He had it every year for his birthday. It is my second favorite cake, Red Velvet being number one. There really isn't anything special or fancy about this cake at all. He just loved it! I decided to post it because it is such an easy way to change up your regular box cake and icing and to remind myself to think outside the box!
Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix
water
eggs
oil
1/2-3/4 of a jar of creamy peanut butter
1 can chocolate frosting

Directions:

- Prepare the cake according to the directions on the box.
- Bake according to the directions on the box.
Note: I make this cake in either a baking dish or as a bunt cake which was Pops' preference but you can make it a sheet cake or layered cake if you like. It's up to you!
- Let cake cool.
- In a medium bowl combine can of frosting and peanut butter and combine completely. {you can add as much or as little peanut butter as you like}
- Frost cake
- Pour yourself a cold glass of milk.
- Enjoy!
