4 c. cooked elbow macaroni, drained
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
4 tblsp. butter, cut into pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Directions:
- After macaroni has been cooked and drained, pour it into a large bowl and add cheddar cheese while the macaroni is still hot. Stir well.
- In a separate bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Add wet mixture to the macaroni and combine well.
- Pour into a casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
- Top with additional cheese is desired {and why wouldn't you} and return to the oven until cheese is melted.
